This medical office development is four-stories, 75,000 square feet, and is constructed on a site with significant wetlands and floodplain. This required Koru to creatively maximize the site layout and building footprint. The steel-framed structure features stacked, precast panels with brick inlays and integral coloring. The development’s innovative mechanical system, central core, and scissor stair meant increased usable square footage for tenant use. The building quickly achieved 90% occupancy, and most tenants subsequently chose Koru to provide their architectural and design services.
